Shared RDP plan is a user account provided in a shared remote server having good hardware configuration. Each RDP Server is shared among some users depending on plan. All the work you do in your RDP Account are safe and secure as we assign different disk and login details to every individual user. We also monitor Shared RDP servers for best performace and uptime.
It depends on your purpose of use. If you want complete control of the Server and dedicated ip address, you should probably go with private rdp. If you want shared server with high configuration for downloading, uploading or encoding purpose, you should look for Shared RDP plans.
You will get a separate storage drive with your shared RDP plan which can only be accessed by you. The size of storage drive will depend on the RDP Plan you ordered.
Yes, IP is shared amount the users who are on the same RDP Server. If you want dedicated IP you need to go with private rdp plans.
Some Shared Plans come with limited administrator access (installing software, running admin softwares). Reboot, modifying server settings are not allowed on any shared rdp plans. If you need full admin access, buy Private RDP instead.
Yes, Private RDP plans come with full administrator access. You can install any software you want which comes under our acceptable usage policy.

No, we do not provide any backup services for private rdp, you should always keep backup of your important files in this plan.
You are free to reboot your private rdp remotely by yourself at any time. This is one of the many benefits to having private rdp over shared rdp.
A Virtual Private Server (VPS) is an independent, virtual partition on a physical server (think of a server with different “containers” within it) which is sold as a service by an Internet hosting provider. A VPS runs its own copy of an operating system, and customers have administrative level access to that operating system so that they can install almost any software applications that run on that OS.
A VPS allows you to host sites (website, e-commerce, content, and media) and software applications (e.g. CRM, Adobe, WordPress and other software collaborative solutions) with ease. Unlike shared hosting, a VPS allows multiple applications to be isolated from one another within the same server. Even though the VPS shares the physical resources (infrastructure) with other users, its computing resources are dedicated to you.
Each VPS comes with 1 IPv4 address. You can have up to 5 additional IPs on your VPS. You can purchase additional IPs for €4 per IP per month directly in our control panel.
